Work Placements Through Just IT: Gaining Vital Experience

As well as offering ‘hands on’ comprehensive industry recognised training you may feel that you want to build your experience and confidence with some commercial experience.

Over a number of years Just IT Recruitment has established many relationships with blue-chip companies who take on our candidates into 4-8 week work placements.

The placements will be with paid-for expenses (i.e. travel costs, lunch etc) or completely unpaid and offer no guarantee of a position. However many companies see this as an extended interview period and presently over 75% of companies will offer permanent positions to people who take on these placements and so demonstrate outstanding enthusiasm and technical knowledge.

The placement is not simply a ‘moving boxes and making tea job’, it is a genuine and professional opportunity that will build up and develop your technical ability in a commercial environment, which will give you invaluable skills on your CV.

With a keen desire and the skills provided through Just IT Training you will be ideally placed to take full advantage of your situation and get the best job possible.

Even if you are unsuccessful in retaining a position following your placement you will have built upon your training with practical commercial knowledge. Just the experience you were looking for!
