Microsoft MCP: Windows XP

This course will teach you how to install, configure & administer Windows XP Professional. You will also learn how to monitor, optimize & troubleshoot Windows XP installations. It is a key component of any IT Helpdesk technician's knowledgebase and provides the ideal platform on which to go on and study for your MCSE.

Microsoft MCP: Windows Server 2003

Windows Server 2003 offers many new features and services beyond those found in Windows 2000 course reflects some of those differences

Once you have completed this 5-day course, you will be able to demonstrate the necessary skills required by potential employers including how to install, configure & administer Windows Server 2003. You will also be able to monitor, optimize & troubleshoot Windows 2003 installations.

Cisco CCNA

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is the most commonly-held Cisco certification and indicates apprentice knowledge of networking. The CCNA certification will provide you with the the knowledge and skills needed to distinguish yourself from the crowd. If your interest is in Network management, this popular entry-level certification will help you achieve your goals.

Once you have completed this course, you will have expertise in, among other subjects, Cisco's IOS, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN technologies and management, switching and routing protocols, the OSI model, LAN troubleshooting, and be familiar with a variety of communication protocols, some Cisco-specific and some not.

CompTIA A+

The CompTIA A+ certifications will teach you about system hardware components as well as the fundamentals of dealing with common operating system errors. You will learn how to install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair systems and their hardware compontents, having the opportunity to apply your knowledge in real-life 'hands-on' situations.

In addition, this hands-on certification will also give you experience in installing and managing Windows operating systems and teach you how to detect and correct common operating system errors.

The A+ certification demonstrates competency as a computer technician. The CompTIA A+ certification is a vendor neutral certification. To date over 700,000 people have earned the A+ credential worldwide.

Microsoft MCSE

The MCSE is typically studied after a year of experience in the I.T. industry, when you have enough experience implementing and administering a network operating system. Our course allows you access to on-line learning materials for 12 months as well as receive support directly from Just IT.
